MPF dissolved air pump air flotation device, also known as multi-phase pump air flotation, is a new type of air flotation equipment. Its dissolved air form is simple and does not require air compressors and pressure vessels.

Scope of application
It has a wide range of applications, including petrochemical and petroleum extraction and degreasing; white water treatment for paper and paper pulp; oily wastewater treatment for mechanical processing; oily wastewater treatment for meat and dairy processing.

working principle
The performance of MPF dissolved air pump air flotation device mainly depends on the gas content in the multiphase mixed solution. When the pump sucks in liquid, a certain negative pressure is formed at the end of the pump, and the air is sucked in together with the liquid through the suction hole. After the high-speed rotary cutting impeller shears, the gas is dissolved in the liquid. By adjusting the operating conditions and the mixing ratio of gas and liquid, highly dispersed microbubbles can be obtained or the maximum air-carrying capacity can be met. Depending on the specifications and models of the pump, the gas content in the liquid in the air flotation tank can reach 30%. When these saturated (or even supersaturated) dissolved gas water enters the dissolved gas tank and stabilizes for a certain period of time, the release device is instantaneously decompressed to release highly dense tiny bubbles with an average diameter of less than 30μm.
