The CPT automatic dosing device is a turnkey automatic equipment for continuous preparation and dosing of polymer solutions. The raw material for its preparation can be dry powder medicine or liquid chemical medicine.

7. When the dry powder level in the hopper is too low, an audible and visual alarm signal will be issued to remind the operator to feed;
8. The solution in the solution storage tank is diluted to the required concentration by a dosing pump (optional) and water online, and a homogeneous solution is obtained through a pipeline static mixer (optional).
working principle
The preparation process of the polymer solution is completed step by step through each solution tank. The solution tanks are separated to ensure the best reaction time and constant concentration in each solution tank. The most important thing is to avoid any direct path (short flow) between the prefabricated mixing tank and the solution storage tank. The CPT automatic dosing device is automatically controlled by the control box. This control box is connected to the level gauge installed on the solution storage tank. Once the level gauge reaches the "low position", the water inlet solenoid valve is triggered to open, and the dry speculation starts at the same time to start dispensing . Both the size of the dry dosage and the amount of water can be accurately adjusted to obtain an accurate concentration. Once the level gauge reaches the "high level", this cycle process stops and the mixer continues to work.
