The CZG central drive mud scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized amplitude sedimentation tanks with central water inlet, peripheral water outlet, and central mud discharge. Scope of application Mainly used in urban sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment engineering sedimentation tanks. Outstanding advantages 1. It consists of working bridge, driving device, drive shaft, scraper arm and scraper, zipper, underwater bearing, mud bucket mixing paddle, steady flow cylinder and system control cabinet. During operation, the driving device installed on the working bridge drives the transmission shaft to rotate. When the transmission shaft rotates, the scraper arms on both sides rotate around the center axis of the pool. A set of scrapers and peripheral slag baffles installed on the scrapers are scraped along with the scraper. During the rotation of the arm, the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool is scraped toward the mud collecting pit in the center of the pool. At the same time, the scum on the liquid surface is concentrated in the tapered area formed by the slag scraper and the surrounding slag baffle, and the scum is scraped to the slag hopper and discharged out of the tank.
